What You’ll Be Doing (Graduate Mining Engineer)

Our team is truly exceptional, made up of professionals ranging from Mining Engineers with 8 years of experience to those with over 30 years of experience. We’re all united by a shared commitment to delivering high-quality support to our clients. We proudly serve clients across Australia, building strong, long-lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and continued trust.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with introductory mine design tasks such as preparing basic pit, dump, and site layout drafts under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Supporting short‑ and medium‑term scheduling by updating data, running simple iterations, and learning key planning workflows and software.
• Contributing to feasibility studies by gathering data, preparing figures, and assisting with resource and reserve documentation.
• Helping analyse model outputs and preparing clear summaries, charts, and basic presentations for senior engineers and clients.
• Participating in short‑term site secondments to gain practical exposure to open‑cut operations, working alongside site engineering and production teams while receiving direct mentoring to build capability and confidence.

Key Requirements:

• Completed or near-completion of an undergraduate degree in Mining or Civil Engineering.
• Practical exposure to mining (vacation work, internship, or site placement) — open‑cut experience preferred.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute within a collaborative team environment.
